How to reset the Zoho password?

As a user: Step 1: From the official website, you will have to sign in to your account as an admin.

Step 2: Then go to the user details section and click on the user for whom you need to change the password.

Step 3: After that click on the change password option and then enter the new password in the required fields and click on the ok button.

Step 4: Now the password for your account is reset and cant log into my Zoho email account has been fixed. You can access your Zoho account from the new password.

As an admin: Step 1: Go to the official login page of the Zoho account and click on the ‘forgot password’.

Step 2: Enter the email address or phone number with which you have registered and type the captcha to assure you are not a bot.

Step 3: Then you will have to click on the option ‘request’. Immediately to the registered email address or to your phone number a recovery code will be sent.

Step 4: Enter that verification code in the space given in your Zoho account.

Step 5: Finally, you will be asked to reset your password with your Zoho mail account.
