Working to finalize the 1500 calorie, even macro diet.

Ingredients: Water through Truvia Packet: These are the main shake ingredients. Glucosamine through Vitamin C: Powders for separate drink. Rest: Capsules and Tablet suppliments

Instructions: Short version: blend, 24 hr fridge, blend, 24 hr fridge, blend, serve.

Long version: Have two pitchers on rotation. Each day, take the two pitchers out of the fridge. Blend the one you mixed yesterday, and put back in the fridge. Blend the older one, and pour into serving cups. Clean pitcher. Add all shake ingredients to pitcher, blend, and place in fridge.

Powders are mixed in a 2 liter water bottle with a suger free drink mix (Great Value Cherry Pomegranate).
