On the other hand, if you want something that's almost exactly the same in taste, texture, and nutrients as Soylent 1.0, try making Schmoylent Classic. ;)

Throw the flour and some water in a crockpot and it actually tastes decent even partially cooked. I add the other ingredients later to avoid the risk of chemically degrading them (?).
