Cheap cost, available to Australians. Neutral taste. Easy to flavour.

Oats nutrition from http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/cereal-grains-and-pasta/7440/2 ( rolled oats are blended into a powder, then sifted to remove husks, hence the use of oat flour nutrition.) I have lowererd the container size of the oats from 900g to 810g (10%) to account for this. Actual figure will be checked next time.
