As you can see, there are many things that you can do to help you in your battle with eczema. Many of them are simple things, while others require changing some herpesyl reviews of your habits and environment. But making these changes can help keep your eczema under control and you will find that your breakouts may occur less frequently and be less severe.

When you have eczema, keep skin properly moisturized. This is a great way to make sure your flare ups are under your control. Moisturize as often as possible, especially after you bathe so your skin stays soft and supple. Use products that do not contain any chemicals and additives.

Keep your hands protected. Wear rubber gloves while washing dishes or performing another activity in which your hands are submersed in water. For further protection, wear cotton gloves underneath the rubber ones to reduce sweat and irritation. Use the cotton gloves while performing other activities, such as gardening and housework.

Make sure you wear clothes that are comfy as possible. People that have eczema have skin that is very sensitive to certain fabrics. Try sticking with clothing made of breathable fabrics like cotton or cotton blends. Try to avoid wearing synthetic fabrics or wool since these materials can cause flare-ups.
