I wanted a recipe that was all dry ingredients that you just had to add water to. No separate containers for oils or measuring daily. I make a full weeks worth of soylent, packed in mason jars (quart size is just right), and then all I have to do it dump it and add water each night before.
There are a couple variations you can easily do on this. unflavored whey protein and you get an oatmeal flavor that is pretty good. Use a flavored whey and you get a shake like consistency. I had a vanilla whey and then added trader joes coffee concentrate and it came out like a frappuccino.
