Based on Australian non-Ketogenic mix then adjusted to fit the US male DRI 2000 calories profile. This allowed a reduction in number of ingredients and cost while achieving 100% completeness.
If an alternative to peanut oil is used with a higher percentage of omega-6, it may be possible to reduce the amount of calories and fats to get them closer to 100%. However peanut oil is a very convenient ingredient so I tried to work around it. as best as I could. Be careful not to add too much omega-6 as studies have found it to be harmful in larger quantities.
