This is a low carbon hydrate recipe with a chocolate milk flavor. I make it in two ways. 1) add the oil and cream and mix and eat with a spoon. 2) add plenty of water and drink like soylent.
I initially had too much coconut oil and it made my stomach sick. This version has reduced amount of coconut oil. I also reduced NaCl to make it taste better.
I eat the eggs separately.
