This recipe is pretty straight forward and I based it on a recipe called "Schmoylent".

The 1.2 has a very neutral taste, but is somewhat gritty so needs to be shaken once in a while. I usually use a blender bottle.

You could mix the ingredients in random order except the Maltodextrin and Canola Oil. I mix the these two ingredients together first because it will turn the canola oil into a powder so you don't have to put the canola oil every time you want to make a shake.

I will also recommend using a scale to measure each ingredient because I am not sure if the cup/tbsp/tsp etc. are correct.

Really its complete food recipe, I like such kind of recipes, with multiple containing vitamins and proteins and carbohydrates, its good for old aged people too, when they lose their immunity level, they want to avail in their body, but it's gonna be extremely amazing for me cause I'm gonna try these recipe tricks at home, from today I am gonna join this website for more cool recipes.
