Finally, I've gotten this back to being vegan. I've had to cave a little, and there is a vegan supplement, but it's made from whole ingredients. I needed to get the Vitamin D from somewhere, so it's coming from the mushrooms in the supplement. This is pretty tasty I blend the powdered ingredients in a food processor, then put that through the blender. I have a vitamix, the wet container does fine as long as it's dry and you do small batches. I keep the dry powder in containers and use it when I am making up a meal.

For a meal, I add 1.25 cups of powder to 1 cup of soy ( 250ml ) and 300ml of water.

Pretty tasty. So much better than cereal in the morning. Also, for some reason, I don't feel like coffee anymore!
