Soylent Green (Initial Release)

  • Macros remixed from "Bret's Soylent: Oat, Whey. Complete, low price."
  • Original Vitamin K tablet exchanged for a D3 & K2 capsule. (Easier to mix & additional vitamin D3.)
  • Added powdered Kale & Broccoli. (Adds K1, various micros, phytonutrients, and most importantly... GREEN!)
  • Exchanged the Canola oil for Olive Oil (Avoiding seed oils. EVOO has better longterm research)
  • Chia Seeds added (Increase Omega 3s and raise the overall fiber content)
  • Postassium Citrate added (Chloride reduction & adds Citrate)
  • Postassium Chloride reduced (Potassium from all other sources lowered the need for high KCl)

Note that the kale and broccoli powders use the USDA nutrition and assumes a ~90% weight reduction. Kale: 21g of fresh kale (approx.1 cup in volume) becomes only 2.1g when dried/powdered. Broccoli: 20g of fresh broccoli (approx. 1/4 cup in volume) becomes 2g when dried/powdered.
