A hybrid of axcho's "Athlete Fuel Cinnamon" and Glint's "Sean Superfood V3".

Key points:

  • Designed to meet a 40/30/30 Macronutrient Profile
  • Adapted to be Vegan
  • Designed for mass gain exercising ~ 3 days a week.
  • Higher fat content for hormonal synthesis and CNS recovery.

Recommended Preparation:

1 - Use an electronic scale to measure out the dry powder ingredients in an airtight container. Each container holds one days worth of food - Generally its helpful to prepare 1-2 weeks worth of bagged dry powder at a time.

2 - When ready to consume, blend the contents of one bag with 1 container of soy milk and about 1-1.5 liters of water. After adding the soy milk and water, add oil and blend again. Can be stored in refrigerator for a couple of days in an airtight container.

3 - Store in refrigerator, consume as desired throughout the day.

Comments :

  • Consistency will vary within the first several hours after blending. You may consider blending a day's worth the night before and letting it sit in the refrigerator overnight before consuming it.

  • You can remove the cinnamon and add in cacao nibs / cocoa powder for a varied flavor

  • If you want to change the caloric content, do so by changing the macronutrients - that is, rice protein, oat flour, maltodextrin, and canola oil.

  • You may also omit the Xanthan Gum if you find the blend to be too thick for your liking. In this case, make sure to shake it up to reduce settling over time.

  • Don't forget to still drink water.
