I found this product called "VegaOne all-in-one nutritional shake" at the market this week. When I put the numbers in, all the vitamins and minerals came in at EXACTLY Rob's recommendations. Except for 7 that were missing almost entirely.

Now, I've compared Rob's Recommendations to the US Gov't Recommendations, and there are a few significant differences. How did Rob come to the same conclusions as VegaOne?

The VegaOne product in its current form has existed for 2 years. Did it inspire Rob?

Anyhow, after adding table salt for the sodium and chloride, only 5 ingredients are needed to get a COMPLETE soylent:

Vitamin D3 (Rob is shipping official soylent with D2, not cool) Biotin Choline Potassium Sulfur

VegaOne does have some Potassium, 43% of Rob's Recommendation. The other 4 ingredients are missing entirely. So, what can we do about it?

MSM for Sulfur. Potassium Bicarbonate for Potassium Choline, Biotin, and D3 supplements can all be bought separately.

And that is it! Complete soylent, everything in almost exactly the same amounts as the official recipe.

Health Canada told me yesterday they probably won't be allowing Soylent to be shipped into Canada. So, here is how you can get your soylent fix. And you don't even have to wait for Soylent to start shipping.
