The closest I could get to original soylent here in Canada without major pain. I think it is pretty darn close. Same price, too. Really need to find a properly priced source for the whey protein.

This recipe shows that rice and lentils are much cheaper than maltodextrin and whey protein. I switched to lower the amount of manganese. The Jaminets of Perfect Health Diet fame, say that neurotoxicity of manganese starts at 5mg per day.

Oh wow, this recipe tastes good! Despite all the "greens" and "chlorella" they put in the VegaOne. Like a banana shake, but without banana taste.
