I played with many versions and this is the best balance of smooth, tasty and low gas that I've found so far. This version is just a little gritty due to the corn flour but it's easy on the stomach and tastes pretty good. You feel satisfied for 5-6 hours which should be plenty to get you through the day. Living off this exclusively for 5 days a week and 2 out of 3 meals on the weekends I've experienced good energy levels and haven't noticed any dietary deficiencies.
