DIY Soylent (Doylent). Splenda and sugar are optional. I'm still experimenting with ratios; might reduce the oil in favor of the whey. I'm also considering replacing the canola oil with a sunflower oil-flaxseed oil mixture.

If you are going to grind your own oats, it might be helpful to microwave the dry flour to get rid of stuff you don't want when consuming oats in high quantities.

As with all meal replacements, try to get some other foods in there. There may be nutrients we don't know about that are missing. Also, this recipe is still deficient in calcium, vitamin D, and others. If you want a more vitamin-complete food that has more ingredients, try Bret's stuff, which I derived this from.
