Choylent is a play on Cholent, a slow cooked stew put up Friday afternoon for the midday Shabbos meal, http://goo.gl/pJ6Ei, and soylent.

Amway multivitamins (can you believe it?) are used in lieu of a custom vitamin blend. It's a little light on Vitamin D. However, it is the only blend I could find that doesn't overdo RDI by orders of magnitudes.
