​​It won't make you bulletproof, but it might just put an "S" on your chest.

DIY soylent was not originally part of my plan, but, somehow, I just got caught up in the joy of body hacking.

This recipe is a version of the renowned "People Chow" made to be more like real Soylent.

It is SO tasty that I may never eat food again!

I'm thinking about adding a couple teaspoons of olive oil to the recipe for my own personal version.

Double the Magnesium to prevent leg cramps

I may add 8-10 grams of psyllium husk powder to Rosa Labs Soylent when it arrives.
