Getting most of what you need with room for a solid breakfast or dinner with friends or family. You can fill remaining calories and nutrition to by incorporating more Masa Harina, to 200g –– making it a full day's supplement.

This recipe was created to be tasty, filling, and providing more fats, as opposed to having most of the formulation relying on Masa as a base filler. In theory, this recipe will have a much lower GI than a recipe with a higher amount of Masa.

the 1600ml of water will create a smooth, but slightly granular texture, which remains satisfying through out the day.
