The way you level off your scoop may vary, but for me, it works out this way: (I like to use the 1/2 cup scoop, its easier to fill bags with because it is smaller than the 1 cup scoop)
1250ml Water
(3) 1/2 Cups of Blue Corn Masa
(1) 1/4 Cups of Blue Corn Masa
(2) 1/2 cups of Whey PI
(2) Tbspns Bobs Soy Lecithin
(3) Tbspns NNOR Cacao
(2) Tbspns Bobs Chia Seeds
(1) 1/4 tsp Potassium Citrate
(1) 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
(2) Tbspns Honey
(2) Tbspns Olive Oil
(2) Tbspns MCT
Full credit to QuidNYC's Superfood for Him! He got me started on this recipe about a year ago. I was impressed with his choices in ingredients and his depth of though in his formula.
Mine is based on it. Look at his notes for the great info on each ingredient. Mine has more protein because I work out.
I'm calling it "Proto-T 1.0" as per excellent suggestion of my housemate.
This recipe is made to use common sized scoops for easy measuring. Everything fits in a VitaMix with 1250ml of water. It turns out veeerrrry smooth. I couldn't stand the grainyness of the corn and chia. I had to blend it into oblivion!
