My macro goal was a 30/30/40.
I made this for the first time yesterday and I'm shocked that it doesn't taste too bad. I'm going to try and grind the chia seeds first as you need to chew them but otherwise its surprisingly good.
I couldn't find corn masa flour locally so I substituted quinoa flour in addition to the oat flour. I opted for a mix of plant based protein powder and whey protein powder simply because I already have plant based one protein powder in my cupboard. It doesn't taste fantastic so when its done I won't buy it again. I removed the MCT and replaced it with coconut oil. It is more easily accessible and is a source of MCTs. I added the Greens + as I felt it had many beneficial ingredients. I was aiming for a 1:1 omega 3:omega 6 ratio which is why the added fish oil I couldn't find potassium citrate powder locally so I purchased the potassium gluconate tabs. I'm unable to meet my potassium needs from this mix alone.
I'm trying to create a soylent that I could live off of full time but I have 2 school aged children so my plan is to eat with my family in the evening and use this most other times.
