Choylent is a play on Cholent, a slow cooked stew put up Friday afternoon for the midday Shabbos meal, http://goo.gl/pJ6Ei, and Soylent.

This version adds soy lecithin to kick up the Vitamin K requirements. I increased the maltodextrin and lowered the oat flour.

Psyllium husk was be increased to 24.3 g to compensate for the loss of fiber in the reduced amount of oat flour in Choylent. The resulting test batch was thick and unwieldy. This version (20141226) removes psyllium altogether as a test case, ups the oat content slightly and lowers the rice protein a bit. This will leave the fiber content deficient. I'll mix up a batch without xanthan gum and if it's too thin, I'll add in some psyllium.

Superfood Multivitamins are used in lieu of a custom vitamin blend. I hope to swap calcium citrate for calcium carbonate in the near future.

Sulphur is calculated as the amount of cysteine and methionine in the pea and rice protein. For the DIY discussion, see http://goo.gl/kC7f9v.

Buying the protein in bulk would lower costs by roughly $0.75/day.
