A relatively cheap introductory (2-week) recipe for those who want to give it a try but are not sure they want to commit. Tastes on the sweet side with a hint of cinnamon which I find delicious. I am using it with the goal of weight loss but at a maintainable ratio. So far I have found a few big gulps every couple of hours and I stay full. I've been mixing it in the evening and refrigerating overnight in a large (2 Qt) jug.
