Swapped the Whey protein for Soylent and Schmoylent's choice of Rice Protein for Taste!
Modified Amounts to Prevent Potassium and Choline from reaching 100% of daily dose, as reports of it being toxic or too much for most people is a common warning.
Recipe uses relatively low amounts of Vitamin B6, B12, and keeps saturated fat lower than most, while keeping the healthier poly and mono unsaturated fats.
Nothing is in excess, and I will repost any changes after a few weeks of using it.
Note: I don't eat entirely soylent, I enjoy actual food as well. 1-2 meals are soylent daily.
Update - Nov 29 340g of Masa left the consistency very grainy, Cut it down to half. Swapped the water for Milk, added half a spoon of Peanut Butter and Cookie Butter (Trader Joes) all for taste.
It is incredibly smooth and tasty, carries a faint chocolate/sugar cookie flavor. 4 trials thus far. Will test with water soon.
