This is the easiest people chow I could possibly come up with. Many people are unaware that GNC now has something that's more complete then sport. It also contains fiber. You literally have to hit up two stores, GNC, and the Grocery for the corn flower. It's also incredibly cheap. I have been on this for exactly a month now, and I've never felt better.
