This is for building muscle, taking care of your skin and nails and have nice bowel movements every time! Enjoy

I am aiming to buy for at least three month at the time, hence the 3x and 2x numbers

I must say, I am pretty proud of this recipe. It tastes good (pomegranate), it fulfills my every need and it's very cheap!

NOTES:

  1. The reason I have selected Magnesium Chloride and CCM Calcium is because those are the ones your body absorbs the best

  2. Adjust the amount of fat to change the number of calories your aiming at

  3. I have added Silica because I have very weak fingernails

  4. If you want the Nootropics in the mix, just add the amount I have put in the ingredient header

  5. All the prices is in UK pound (£) and the transport to Denmark is included as well. So if you live in the UK it'll be even cheaper!

  6. The reason Potassium is so low is because I want to avoid Hypokalemia. So I start low and then slowly add more and more potassium until I reach the recommendd value
