This is a ketogenic pill and beverage diet - basically just a whey protein shake with added fat and fiber, with some additional sodium, potassium and phosphorus to balance out the micro-nutrients. Make sure to take the pills with the shake, as the saturated fat will greatly improve absorption of fat-soluble nutrients in the pills.
I chose Nature Made supplements where possible, as they are a widely available brand that is USP verified.
It is also recommended to use regular pasteurized cream from local sources, if you have access. Store brands like Great Value are ultra-pasteurized, which some say causes breakdown of casein and releases free glutamate.
- Replaced Body Fortress with ISOPURE whey isolate. ISOPURE is low carb, has a better nutrient profile and contains only microfiltered and ion-exchange whey isolates, no concentrates.
- Increased heavy cream from 360 ml to 400 ml
- Increased potassium chloride from 1 g to 2 g
- Removed potassium citrate
- Removed sodium chloride
- Removed dry milk
- Removed olive oil
- KetoMilk is here!
