I added 500 mg of Magnesium (4.1 mg hydrated magnesium chloride). It is recommended that Mg is in a 1:1 ratio with Calcium. Mg supplementation is great to reduce the effects of stress and the Mg loss caused by many medications. It is good for the nervous system.
