GʊdFud (pronounced good food) began as a variant of People Chow. I've made a number of substantial changes however. I've swapped out the Soybean Oil for Soy Lecithin Powder to provide fat in a powdered for. This has increased the price substantially, but with the benefit that it is a fully powdered recipe. It also has the addition of Cocoa powder to layer a chocolatey taste on top of the already good taste of vanilla from People Chow's choice of micronutrient base.

I've tweaked this version to closely match the US DRI for males 19-50 on a 2000 calorie diet. My own nutrient profile requires more calories, more protein and less fat at the moment, so I will be using slightly different formulation myself.

A cautionary note for this version: I was not able to find what I feel is fully reliable nutritional information on Soy Lecithin Powder. The numbers I'm going with in this release do not match up with the ASDA database item for, "oil, soybean lecithin." I've instead included modifications from other sources which suggest slightly fewer calories per serving and less fat that the USDA database lists. Furthermore, these other sources show a calcium and potassium content not accounted for in the USDA database. As these numbers are as yet unverified and recipe depends so heavily on this particular ingredient, I'm presently listing this recipe as a beta until the numbers can be firmed up.
