GʊdFud (pronounced good food) is my variant of People Chow, designed to be lower in fat and higher in protein with a bit more in the way of calories. Since I'm a bigger guy, this should actually produce a substantial weight loss, while supporting moderate muscle gain. For a more conventional profile this would be good someone looking to build moderate muscle through fairly casual exercise while maintaining weight.

Since I had a great base recipe from which to work, its reasonably cheap while being nutritionally complete. The protein-fat tradeoff does drive up the price (since the whey protein isolate is expensive), as does the inclusion of the cocoa powder I added for a still better flavor.
