This recipe is a mashup of People’s Chow and QuidNYC’s Female Blend which a couple personal touches of my own.

I was trying to get as close to a 60 day supply as possible, because after that I’m moving to China. This affected some of my choices, and my daily cost could have been cheaper if I had been more willing to buy things in massive bulk.
