(The orange juice, raisins, sunflower seeds, and various pills are to be consumed separately, not mixed into the soylent.)

Combine the dry ingredients.

Add the oil, milk, and water.

Add four ice cubes, and/or a blender ball.

Shake until thoroughly mixed.

Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes, to give the Chia seeds time to absorb some water. (This "unlocks" their fiber content.)

Optional step: run it through a blender for a smoother, more "milkshake-like" drink. (Be sure to remove your blender ball first, if you added one earlier!)

Then, add the rest of the ice cubes.

Shake.

And... enjoy!

(Don't forget to drink your OJ, eat your raisins and sunflower seeds, and take your pills. You probably should space the pills out through the day, instead of taking them all at once.)
