Figured I would modify this to get away from using Maize. Any ideas to push it into keto land?
My suspicion is also that this will taste chocolate coconutty, which sounds awesome.
I have read that the sulfur requirement is too high anyway, which should make this close to optimum: once I make this I'll give a proper liquid/flour ratio.
