This bar is meant to replace two meals and provide all micronutrients and approximately half of the needed calories for the day. There is about 160 calories free that you can use to include flavorings (chocolate, peanut butter, etc), though you will need to adjust the rest of the micronutrients to fit with the added flavorings.
mix the water with the powdered sugar until completely smooth. Mix the soy lecithin, sunflower oil, corn syrup, salt, flaxseed, oats, and potassium citrate until smooth (the granules will only dissolve a little bit).
whisk the wheat dextrin with the soy protein, then add to other ingredients.
