I started with People Chow 3.1, but noticed that the nutrients were different than what the packages displayed. Especially the masa flour. The Nutrient Profile also didn't match up with what the FDA suggested, so changed the Nutrient Profile.
I tried to find ingredients that I could get at the local grocery store. I also updated the prices to reflect their non-sale price, so there are no surprises when you have to pay full price for the ingredient.
This is still a work in progress. I would like to find a recipe that doesn't require any liquid. The Polyunsaturated Fat and Cholesterol are higher than I would like them as well.
Also I have not tried this recipe yet, but planning on trying it soon.
