I grabbed a lot of inspiration from other recipes already here, however I wanted to make it as easy as possible to try and order everything from the least number of suppliers possible. It's mostly powders with coconut oil because I love the taste and I can then just add vanilla extract or any flavour to it later on.
Just making it public so that my housemates can also see the profile and add it to their own profiles, If you like it you can try it out or add your own feedback. It's not a hardcore keto profile, but I was aiming for a maximum of 50gms carbs per day so it's at least maintaining a ketogenic outlook.
It's my personal profile and I'm going to play with it but just made my first order today so we'll see how it goes.
