This is the recipe I've been working on for a while. I have not yet tried this recipe but I would welcome some feedback on its merits. Almost everything can be ordered from iHerb.com and everything else can be purchased from bulk barn.

EDIT: I have now tried this recipe and I found that while it makes me feel very full and satiated, it doesnt taste great... I am working on an update that will improve the flavour.
