After I tried 1.0, I realized that flavour was more important than I gave it credit for. This is my attempt to correct the problem.

The carb blend (malto, sugar, oats, buckwheat... etc) is still pending changes. In other words, this recipe is unfinished but functional.

Items that are listed but have no amounts are for messing around with to keep the recipe fresh. For example, you could use 25 grams of olive oil or 35 grams of peanut butter.

Here's how to make this.

  • Mix all the flour's and soak them the night before with a little bit of vinegar and about twice its volume of water. Its not that bad, you can do it. This reduces the rather substantial phytic acid in the recipe.

  • In the morning, cook the flour mix in a saucepan. STIR CONSTANTLY IT WILL BURN. It takes 10 minutes and makes it taste WAY better, do it.

  • Toss in a pile of ice to cool it down and then add all the micro's and blend. I take the multi and the cod oil as pills but you could probably throw them in.
