The idea behind this recipe was to get all of the nutrients you need for the day while minimizing the calories. This way you can add any kind of flavouring that you'd like or eat "real" food during the day. Things that turned out well: 1 Can of coconut milk, 2 bananas and fruit punch juice crystals (around 1L of water) 8 Tablespoons of Peanut butter, 2 bananas and chocolate sauce(around 1L of water) Things that are icky: Anything with mint so far, MINT AND PEA PROTEIN ARE NOT FRIENDS.
