Super Body People Chow version 2.0 Gabechow (by Morgan)

  1. Mix all dry ingredients (salt is hard to measure, just sprinkle some)
  2. Add between 1.5 and 2 cups water to 1 cup powder
  3. Add oil and vanilla (1/8 tsp is roughly 12 drops per cup powder)
  4. Blend
  5. Chill

It's no superfood, but it's probably better for you than oatmeal. It's reasonably tasty, at least compared to soylent. Grinding up a caffeine pill in it makes for a nice morning beverage/breakfast!

You can probably sub in soy protein to make vegan, but be careful with nutrient profiles.
