This recipe has been primarily modified from QNYC original as follows:

  1. Soy lecithin has been replaced with sunflower lecithin
  2. The choline amount in the lecithin has been calculated per the manufacturer description (phosphatidylcholine content 19% by volume) and the info here: http://bit.ly/1yFQoNQ (choline content is generally 13% of total phosphatidylcholine content)
  3. The choline bitartrate has been removed to account for the choline in the sunflower lecithin
  4. The olive oil has been replaced with high-oleic sunflower oil for taste and mono/poly fat ratio improvement
  5. Fish oil has been added to improve O3/O6 ratio and to hedge against any bio-conversion issues with the ALA in the chia seed.
  6. Potato starch added (1 tbsp/day) for resistant starch goodness. No net effect on carbs/ketosis.
