IMPORTANT: I've been made aware that my choice in coconut milk is poor. Please don't use the one I have chosen. I'll see if I can find a better one. Or maybe use unsweetened shredded coconut.

I have upped the amount of the current coconut milk I use so it fits the true amounts of nutrient data.

Daily Price in USD approx. $6.24, which amounts to $190 per month (But since the ingredients are bought in the UK and shipped to Denmark, I am very certain it would be cheaper both in UK and US). This is way cheaper than Robs price, however, there's a lot more hassle with it too, of course.

I am aiming to buy for at least three month at the time, hence the 3x and 2x numbers

I must say, I am pretty proud of this recipe. It tastes good (not too sweet and with a little but distinct taste of coconut. very easy to add other flavors, so far I've tried vanilla, cinnemon and cocoa, all tasted great.), it fulfills my every need and it's very cheap!

I have calculated my daily energy consumption to be approx. 3180 KCal, so I should be able to lose some weight slowly on this recipe

NOTES:

  1. IMPORTANT! Do not drink coffee one hour before nor two hours after eating your soylent. Coffee is healthy in many ways, however it does reduce the absorption of minerals, especially iron and zinc

  2. If you want the Nootropics in the mix, just add the amount I have put in the ingredient header

  3. All the prices is in UK sterling (£) and the transport to Denmark is included as well. So if you live in the UK it'll be even cheaper!

  4. Do not add the Psyllium Husk before you're ready to drink the Soylent.

  5. For your teeth' sake get some chewing gum. No reason not to keep on using your teeth

  6. Added a Digestive Enzyme, to be sure I'd get all the good stuff out of the fat, carbs and proteins (eat one at each meal)

Mixing:

  1. Pour 400 ml water in your blender

  2. Add maltodextrin, table salt, msm, Choline and creatine and mix well until the materials have dissolved

  3. Add the coconut milk and oil (you might wanna skip putting the cod liver oil in the mix, eat it before you eat the mix) to the mix and blend

  4. Add the whey, blend well

  5. Add the oats, blend well

  6. When you're ready to drink it, add the psyllium husk, shake well and bottoms up
