Only used for breakfast meal replacement to assist with Crohn's Disease management.

Additional foods that will be consumed during the day: 2000 IU vitamin D3 supplements, Curcumin, Green Tea Extract.

Avoided: Artificial Emulsifiers, Artificial Sweetener, Processed Oils,Insoluble fibers, Sulfur.

Close to 1:1 ratio of Omega 6 to 3 Fatty Acids.

It's really tasty just like that, but sometimes I add vanilla hazelnut coffee as a delicious treat!

Process:
I make a couple days worth of dry powder and store in a container.
The night before, add warm water to the mixing cup. Add powder mix, oil, and vanilla extract to the warm water and mix. I have a nutri-bullet so everything is mixed in the cup for 10 seconds.
Store in fridge overnight, briefly blend in the morning, and enjoy!
