This is a variant of the PoLent project made to exclude the controversial estrogen-like isoflavones found in soy protein. Isoflavones have been suggested to be linked to breast cancer and other estrogen related complications for both women and men with low testosterone.

Note: isoflavones come from soy protein, found in soy protein concentrate/isolate and also soy flour. Soy fats, such as soybean oil do not have the same elevated levels. Soybean oil is a good source of omega, which is why it is still in this recipe.
