Taken from Max's People Chow 3.0.1.

  • Updated some Amazon prices since Max's are pretty far off. If you shop somewhere other than Amazon and find some good deals then you'll hopefully be surprised with a lower daily cost.
  • GNC Men's Mega Men Sport is expensive and has a very large amount of some vitamins. I don't want large doses of b6, vitamin e, or any other vitamins since more than 100% of RDA might cause more harm than good.
  • GoL Raw Organic Meal is cheaper and has a more balanced nutrient profile

Overall should cost you less than the original People Chow 3.0.1
