Nutrition Notes

Fiber is below 28g because I supplement it separately (I take Metamucil capsules, http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001G7QVAE) If desired you can add Metamucil (or equivalent) powder to the DIY soylent instead (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001H9X8IY).

It seems that the nutritional data for Masa Harina, used in the original People Chow recipe, was incorrect (e.g There's a lot less iron in the actual product). This version addresses that issue. The new nutritional data for Masa Harina now comes from https://www.completefoods.co/diy/ingredients/corn-flour-masa-unenriched-white, which should match the data in the USDA Nutrition Database. My nutrition profile (taking into account activity levels) recommends 2030-2070 calories a day, but I don't eat 100% soylent so I set it to ~2000 to account for occasional overeating.

A woman's multivitamin was selected, even though I'm male. This was because the woman's version happens to have more iron and magnesium. A previous version of this recipe using a men's multivitamin was lacking those micronutrients.

This recipe was created from the 1.0 Hong Kong version to replace GNC Mega Men Max Nutrition because it's been discontinued in Hong Kong.

Feel free to leave comments if you have any suggestions (Such as getting Potassium Citrate from a cheaper source, because Purebulk ships from the US with a not-so-cheap shipping rate iirc).
