Basically just a change from People Chow.

Quid brings up that process soybean oils are suspect to quality control, which is probably fair. Instead of switching completely to olive oil, I struck a balance between the two. This helps both with limiting processed intake, assuring a decent count of omega-3s, and vitamin K, and helps costs a bit.

When buying protein, a 80% mix with a total value of 25g of protein for dollar seem like a pretty good deal, but as good as 30g can be available.
