A decent tasting recipe loosely based on the Zone Diet 40:30:30 macro ratios, with bumped up vitamins for active/athletic folk. The focus was convenience, not cheapness here. . . . and my intention was never to replace all of my meals with the stuff. Eating all of my meals during an 8 hour window as prescribed by the LeanGains protocol, I typically use one of these shakes to break my fast, followed by a protein heavy meal (think eggs and sausage with salsa and a little cheese) then dinner- whole foods paleo (if you don't count the beer ;-)
