Copied from QuidNYC's Superfood for Him. Thanks QuidNYC!

I've been suffering from Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain issues for the past 10 years. This is my attempt at trying to eliminate some potential food sensitivities (gluten, most notably), and boost my health and well-being with vitamins and nutrients without putting myself in horrible pain by cooking multiple meals a day.

Any and all feedback welcome. This is my first recipe! :)

Goals

  • 40% fat, 30% protein, 30% carbs with no gluten
  • Incorporate Vega One and/or Fatigued to Fantastic Energy Revitalization
  • Create and cater to fibromyalgia/CMS-specific nutrient profile
  • Add anti-inflammatory agents (such as turmeric)

Maybe-goals & stuff to research

  • Add oats? Change the Corn Masa stuff to oats? Use half of each maybe?
  • Make vegan? May try to eliminate dairy to address possible lactose sensitivity (does whey affect people with lactose sensitivities? Look into normal whey vs hydrolyzed whey protein isolate).
  • Eliminate Soy (Are Lecithins ok?)
  • Eliminate any capsule supplements
  • Squeeze in more "super-foods" / anti-inflammatory agents
    • Acai?
    • Lemon peel?
    • Goji?
    • Dried Seaweed?
    • Mangosteens?
    • Maca Powder?
    • Hemp?
    • Celery seeds?
    • Beets?
    • Broccoli?
    • Coconut oil? (or do I get all the benefits of coconut oil from the MCT oil?)
    • Ginger?
