This is a minor edit of QuidNYC's Superfood For Him recipe. I'm a thin, lightweight dude with a metabolism like a cracked-out cheetah. 1700 calories just isn't going to do it for me. (Not even sure 2000 will, honestly. We'll see.)
All I've done is mess with the amounts on the main macronutrient sources, and swapped out the daily multi for an almost identical one with no iron. My tummy is sensitive.
I'm still not sold on having so much Niacin in my regular diet, but I'll still be trying this recipe out soon.
I have not tried this yet, and would welcome feedback.
